Miriam's Basket: A Look Back at 2025...
My goodness! What a year this has been. We have been blessed in 2025 with the honor of providing clothing and shoes to 489 children. Every bag, representing each one, was prayed over and prayers for them all will continue. The total of bags packed and children helped since our beginning is now 4,441. All we have been able to do for each one is because of a lot of prayers, our God's faithfulness, and the generosity and compassion of you all:
- Volunteers from local schools, businesses, churches and groups
- Clothing and item drive
- Check presentations
- Speaking engagements
- Quilters Quilting for our children
- Our 14th Annual "Doin' A Good Thing"
- Our beautiful Christmas Card created by our granddaughter
- Butterfly Giving Trees in six locations
** Our "Giving Trees" brought in:
1,700+ pieces of clothing & comfort items, 1,800+ Diapers, and nearly $2,000! Oh my goodness.... Look at all the blessings.
Now, as we enter into a new year we ask you to please pray for our children and families all around us. We pray for you as well as we thank you for your prayers, support, encouragement, and generosity. May God bless you with an amazing 2026.
